Homemade Granola
This is a perfect granola to have every morning for a breakfast or a snack in the afternoon. Easy to make and takes almost no effort at all.

1 Baking tray
Parchment paper
- 3 Cups Oats
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Coocnut Oil
- 1 Cup Nuts of choice
- 1/2 Cup Pumpking and Sun flower seeds
- 1/2 Cup raisins
- 1/4 Cup Goji Berries
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsb Vanilla extract
- Maple Syrup Optional
Preheat the oven to 150C and prepare baking tray with parchment paper
Measure the oats and pour them on the baking tray. Season the oats with cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix everything properly and add melted coconut oil to and mix again.
Add the choice of nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. If you want to make crunchy granola or prefer sweeter granola add Maple syrup to the oat and mix little
Bake the granola in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the oats become golden brown. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool down completely for about 30 minutes
When the granola is completely cooled down, add the raisins and goji berries.
